Course Care – Important Message

  1. Carts

Without repeating every rule there are some basics to remember;

  • Do not drive in the rough – this includes the bush.
  • Do not drive on slopes/mounds around greens – remember, the rule is “not” within 10m of the green.
  • Do not drive on tees

All cart users have the responsibility to read all the rules regarding cart usage on the cart and to adhere to them – please think of your course.

  1. Sand BucketsAll players must carry a sand bucket! – I don’t take divots is no excuse! Chop in your divots and fill them with sand. Its pretty simple and there should not be any excuses. Please click on the link below for a video on how to repair a divot on the fairway. Click here to see how to repair a divot

3. Pitch Marks on the Green

It’s essential that all players are diligent in their repair of pitch marks on greens. A correctly repaired pitch mark will recover in 24 hours.

Your co-operation is sought to ensure these “simple” rules are followed.

The picture below shows pitch marks on the 18th Green not repaired

Safety On the Golf Course

Over the past few months, I have received emails and verbal communication from members in relation to players “Hitting Up on Them.”

Please take care to ensure the group in front is well out of range before you play your shot.

Please help make our golf course a SAFE environment.

Thank you in advance of your co-operation
